Food Stamp Rules Change Speeds Transactions
The U S Department of Agriculture announced two Food Stamp Program changes to speed purchases for recipients and retailers. Revisions allow up to 49 cents change and payments of deposits on eligible containers with food stamps, replacing prior unendorsed 50-cent coupons and cash deposits.
