Endless chain schemes flood mails warning of violations

The post office warns nationwide that letters promoting endless chain schemes to solicit defense savings stamps are flooding the mails. Patrons and post offices are warned that sending such material violates postal fraud and lottery laws, with notices served to participants to show cause why fraud orders should not be issued.

Miss Josephine Tworek wed Conrad J. Kropatch at 9 30 Monday at St Bonaventure church Columbus. Rev Colman Borgard officiated the double ring ceremony. Attendants were Mabel Kropatch and Mike Tworek. The couple plan to reside in Osceola after a reception at the bride’s home.
