J C Fleming sells at public venue without reserve from Osceola Nebraska area. Sale includes 9 horses 22 cattle 15 hogs 20 tons hay farming tools and household goods. Terms demand cash under ten dollars and eight percent credit on larger balances with notes. Auctioneers Pike Olson and clerk S A Snider stand by Cole and Emminager.
A large sale by Schmoker at two miles north and one east of Osceola begins Monday February 18 1907 at 10 a m. Items include 7 horses 19 cattle 12 hogs farming implements and household goods with detailed stock descriptions and payment terms.
