Osceola Lions Club members will start a light bulb sale Monday February 13 to raise funds for community projects. They will offer assortments of bulb sizes at about the usual retail price to Osceola housewives.

Snowfall for the week ending Saturday reached 2 inches with a 2 inch snow depth. Feed supplies are adequate or above average. Pastured acreage last week was 60 percent for harvested corn and milo, 30 percent for fall seeded winter wheat and rye, and 30 percent diverted. Snow cover aided some winter wheat though more moisture is needed. Major farm activities include soil, livestock, seed and fertilizer planning for 1967.
