Polk County Board approves vast list of county disbursements
Polk County Nebraska commissioners met in regular session July 18 1967 with numerous claims audited and allowed. The General Fund Road Fund and other accounts show payments to personnel suppliers and services including salaries for county officials and staff, postage, supplies, and travel. A county attorney was authorized to foreclose an Old Age Assistance lien and an irrigation culvert permit was approved. The board reviewed tax collections and a veterans report, then adjourned to July 26 1967. A separate notice announces final accounting in the estate of Ralph P. Mills with a August 11 1967 hearing.
