Potter to be banquet speaker at Osceola High
Glenn Potter assistant basketball coach at the University of Nebraska will be guest speaker at Osceola High School athletic banquet on Wednesday April 21. Pep Club members will be honored. event sponsored by the Osceola Chamber of Commerce with advance tickets sold by Pep Club members. Potter joined Nebraska with head coach Joe Cipriano and now tutors freshmen after serving as varsity assistant last year. Osceola Lions Club met at City Hall with officers elected and three new members joining Steve Georgeau Mervin Ransom Sr and Charles Kucera. The club plans an informational booth for Old Times Day and will help erect signs for the chamber event.
