Stromsburg city council grants Public Service Company a twenty year electric franchise with tiered maximum power and lighting rates and minimum monthly charges. The ordinance also requires free electric meters and allows rate revision at year two five twelve and fifteen.
Local telephone notes count daily calls by a Veeder counter on two fixed days each month. Monday shows 41 calls and Tuesday 3788 calls excluding tele cals, with about 680 telephones.
