Liberal youth urged to shape Canada's future at Port Hope meeting
Peter Cadeau of Ottawa urged 42 young people to participate in public affairs and in shaping legislation. Delegates selected three district reps to gauge interest in more meetings, while Cadeau cited Liberal youth leaders and stressed policy flexibility. The Durham County Liberal Association sponsored the dinner event in Port Hope with regional parties inviting further gatherings.
