Government Sues to Revoke Count Tolna Citizenship
The federal government filed suit in New York to annul the citizenship of Count Rudolphe Festetics de Tolna of Hollis Long Island claiming he is actually an Austria Hungary citizen. The count says his U S citizenship was granted in San Francisco in 1906. He contends France seized his yacht and chateau during the war because he was an enemy alien.
