Cedar Rapids Man Held After Traffic Stop
Highway patrolman Jim Lat chaw and officer Leo Paul arrested Melvin Clifford Johnson of Cedar Rapids yesterday on South Frederick Avenue and charged him with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
