County local option urged by Terre Haute pastor
Rev. A. G. Leazenby of the First M. H. church argues county local option is superior to ward and township methods. He contends ward and township plans would let saloonists cluster voters in cities, while county unit preserves rural voice and taxpaying citizens’ right to express wishes on liquor issues.
