Soldier Homer B. Clark Dies After Illness
Homer B. Clark died May 20 at County Hospital after a brief illness. Born December 13, 1896, he served about eighteen months in the army and was honorably discharged last February. He is survived by his parents, three brothers, three sisters, and a military funeral with returned comrades as pallbearers. Funeral services were held May 21 at the M E church in Epsom with Rev. C H Buchanan. burial at Tolberts Chapel.

Farewell reception for Rev and Mrs Smith at church
A farewell reception was held in the Christian church basement last Tuesday to thank Rev and Mrs Smith for their year of work and wish them success in Morrocco.
