Eva recovers under care after a perilous night as Sadie plans to reveal a secret. Bert confronts a murdered past as Broadstone faces a looming danger from the dead wife’s warning. Eva’s health improves with Dr. Bradford’s reassurance.
Sadie Hutchinson notes a change in Lord Broadstone as Eva regains strength. The doctor confirms improved condition of Lady Broadstone after a night of rest. Sadie confronts Broadstone in the library about the truth of recent events and plans to remove him from Eva’s proximity.
