A series of meetings began at Pleasant Hill class on Tuesday night with ongoing sessions. During the meeting there will be no preaching services at Odon.
M. E. Church in Odon lists worship times with Rev. J. W. Trowbridge as pastor. Sunday services at 10:30 and 7:00. Thursday prayer meeting at 7 p.m. Choir practice Friday at 7 p.m.
The notice lists weekly activities at the Christian Church led by Pastor Charles Coleman. Thursday 7:15 choir practice. Friday 7:15 Bible School. Sunday preaching at 10:30 and 7:15. Junior Meeting at 2:00.
Levi Johnson of Indianapolis visited Mack Chambers Saturday. Sheldon and Mabel Pershing spent Sunday at Frank Malone's. Mr. and Mrs. Elias Malone spent Sunday with Ray Freed. Mrs. J. W. Pershing visited her daughter Mrs. Earl Freed. Mr. and Mrs. John Mumaw visited M. L. Mumaw and family Saturday. Mrs. Frank Johnson and daughter spent Sunday with Mack Chambers. Wm. Frets visits his sister Mrs. George Shafer. Special meetings ongoing at this place. everybody invited.
Plaintiffs in Daviess County Indiana file a complaint in the Daviess Circuit Court to quiet title to described real estate. The long defendants list includes unknown heirs and spouses. plaintiffs claim ownership and seek a perpetual title quieting against all.
