The junior class hosted the annual banquet for seniors and faculty at Jolliff hall on Friday. Decorations used red and white, roses were favors, and a varied program featured solos, readings, a piano duet, cornet solo, and a class prophesy. Johr York won a prize in progressive games, followed by a four course lunch with turkey, cranberries, olives, and cake served by junior helpers.

Mrs. Malinda Keller died at her home south of Odon at age 79 years 4 months and 1 day. She was born October 11, 1830 in Lawrence County, married Henry Keller in 1850 and had seven children. Funeral was held Monday at Concord church with burial at Tolbert's Chapel.
