Tremary, aged 55, a hardware merchant from Rockport, died recently. He leaves a wife and two daughters Mrs Ethel McConnell of Marion Kentucky and Elsie Trenary who is in Pennsylvania. Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 PM at the new M E church with Rev E A Daugherty officiating. Burial followed in Elnora Cemetery and local businesses closed during the service.
Lew Core, county auditor, prepares supplies for voter registration in Davinas County with first registration starting Thursday May. A second registration is planned for September and a third in October. The board of county commissioners has not yet fixed inspectors or registration locations, likely to be decided at the March meeting. If precinct boundary changes occur this year they must be decided by the March session with immediate notice. No changes are planned at the next Davices county session. Inspectors will be appointed in April and the registration site chosen at least fifteen days before May 9.

Jord Fields visited Rev Key of Scotland Monday night. Deasie Brock visited daughter Aldo York Sunday and Monday. John Herron of near Goofope visited Aldo York Sunday. Walter Hugunin of Lyons was here on business Tuesday. The revival meeting closed Thursday night.
Several residents attended Tom Mattingly’s sale north of Bramble Tuesday. Agnes Patel returned to her work in the Elnora schools Sunday evening after a visit with relatives nearby. Danville and Shiloh figures were noted along with visits to W. D. Evans and family near Sanday.
Washington Herald notes an extraordinary funeral for Mrs Elizabeth Rudd of Plainville. The service at the Rudd hotel was led by Rev C H Buchanan from Odor. She wore a white robe in a white casket, carried by a white hearse and eight pallbearers on white horses from residence to Plainville cemetery. Mr Rudd died Tuesday at age ninety three.
