Elderly Epsom resident Margaret Gimon dies at home

Margaret Gimon aged ninety four a respected county resident died at her home in Epsom last Tuesday morning due to general debility. Born in Barr Township she spent most of her life in the county. She married Charles Oimon and they had nine children four survive. Her husband a union soldier died in 1863. She belonged to the Methodist Episcopal church and was beloved by all. Funeral services were held at the M church in Epsom yesterday at 10 o clock with Rev. Henry Denbo and Rev. Thompson officiating. Burial followed at the Osmon cemetery.

Mrs Susan Franklin Rites Held at Home

Mrs Susan Franklin of Bogard township died at home last Tuesday aged 74 from general debility and heart trouble. Born in Lawrence county she lived there long before moving to this county. Her husband died about 40 years ago. Survived by three children. Funeral services were at the residence yesterday at 2:00 pm with Rev Koeth officiating. Burial followed at Walnut Hill.
