The will of David Riggins admitted to probate in the circuit court on Monday. It bequeaths 800 cash to his wife with a life dower to all real estate, 500 to Thomas Riggins, and equal shares of the remainder to William Riggins, James Riggins, heirs of Elisha Riggins, plus Margaret Bruner and Sarah Overton. He requests burial in a metallc coffin at Kilgore cemetery, Van Buren township. Executor named is Harry Jr. Crooke. Will written June 9, 1905, witnessed by Dr. Jerome DeMotte and Walter Dearmin.
B and O S W shops reopen Friday after several days closed due to boilermaker strike. Twenty five boiler makers from the east were hired to take the strikers' places.
