Russton township meeting votes to compromise Bond dispute

The will of Harvey Evans who died in November in Van Buren township was filed last Friday. His widow receives the personal effects wages and notes. Sons Tra PL Evans and James L. D. Evans inherit deeds to certain land and his grandson Walter Sh. Evans is left a bequest of land conveyed to him. James L. D. Evans is named executor, with a witness list including Hiram J. Williams and Jacob Flinn.
