Odessa man charged in narcotics case remains free on bond
Pedro Amancio, 2723 N Tom Green Ave, Odessa, was charged Thursday with two felonies for possession of heroin and dilaudid and two misdemeanors for possession of Darvon and Valium. Bond set at 11500 by Municipal Judge J W Weatherly after arrest at 1131 West 42nd Street. Police Lt Rusty Baker said the arrest occurred around 1130 a.m. by Odessa narcotics officers.
