Jeremy Brett to star as Sherlock Holmes in new TV series
Jeremy Brett will play Sherlock Holmes in a 13 part Granada TV series based on Conan Doyle stories. Production in England, seven stories filmed this year, with Dr. Watson played by David Burke. Next season includes a live Met gala concert and two centennial operas featuring Domingo Norman Troyanos and Pavarotti Mitchell Milnes.
