Mr Heller Wins Suit Over Concrete Steps
In Newark Second District Court Judge Lintott ruled for Henry Heller of Centre street, in a suit by New Jersey Paving Corporation to collect 365.90. William Call aged 64 of Hamilton Place Nutley collapsed while riding a Broad Street trolley in Newark. He died instantly during a conversation with friend Newton Jacobus. Dr. Joseph Clements, 72, brother of Thomas Clements of Hillside avenue, died in Wichita Kansas from heart trouble. He lived in Nutley five years and moved to Kansas about four years ago. He studied ministry before turning to medicine and built a thriving Kansas City practice before retiring and returning to Nutley, then moved back to Wichita where he passed away. Thomas Clements travels to the West for the funeral tomorrow.
