Schools Postpone Opening to September 18
The Board of Education postpones the fall opening of Park and Lincoln schools from September 7 to September 18 due to unfinished buildings. Lincoln will have seven teachers overseeing five grades with Miss Ethel Hattock as head teacher. The district will employ sixty teachers and supervisors at the term start, with staff listed for high school, vocational, Park, Washington, and Yantacaw schools.
