Firelands Red Cross Safety Programs Director Tim Balduff announced three first aid courses in partnership with Sandusky High School Continuing Education and Firelands Campus. The first class begins Sept. 25 at Firelands Campus and runs five consecutive Thursdays from 7 to 9 p.m.
