An 81 year old Indianapolis man Leo Schulte backed into a car then accelerated into a crowd at a nursing home picnic injuring 21 and killing two elderly residents. Police say the driver was not charged.

John Heimann, new comptroller, testified Lance may have unknowingly violated a narrow band of federal law.
In Kibaha area near Dar Es Salaam a three legged lion killed eight people and wounded four over three months before a 10 day hunt ended with the beast shot at Kikongo. Police say locals blamed a witch doctor tale of a love potion turning a woman into a predator.
