Water project saves Celeryville crops in drought and flood control effort

The $1,334,836 Northwest Ohio flood control and irrigation project, largely funded by the Soil Conservation Service, aims to boost crop value, extend land life, and provide municipal and recreational benefits while reducing flood risk across 13 watershed plans in the 27-county region.
