Tragic Train Crash Claims 19 Year Old Girl In Milan
Jill A. Justi aged 19 of rural Milan was killed when a Norfolk and Western freight train struck her car at the Thomas Road crossing. The engineer reported the train at about 50 mph as the crossing lacked flashers and Justi may have been blocked by a cornfield.
