Mental Health Money Dilemma Plagues Huron County Board
The Huron County Board of Mental Health and Retardation discussed securing more local funds as state support rises. Director Robert Klenk noted state money will reach about 137000, while local funding remains around 29000 plus in kind contributions valued at 5880. The board learned the levy can only be placed on the November 1975 ballot if renewal occurs November 5, 1974, or voters may face zero support after January 1.
