Bellevue Couple Sues City and Contractor for 20000
Richard and Sharon Haddox of Bellevue sue the city of Bellevue and Indiana Gunite Co. of Florence Alabama in Huron County Common Pleas Court for 20000. They allege negligence for failing to repair the Main Street underpass after Mrs. Haddox bicycle accident May 16 injuring her on a protruding metal rod. They seek 10000 for medical costs pain and lost wages 2000 for loss of companionship and wages and 8000 punitive damages.
