Voters Reject Zoning Ordinance In Parkerburg Upheld By Majority

In Parkerburg more than three of four voters rejected the city zoning ordinance while the new city charter proposal failed to gain support with 5,303 yes to 3,289 no. Overall turnout was about 35 percent of 24 000 eligible voters.
