Indians star Keltner in satisfactory condition after heart attack

Kenny Keltner, a star third baseman for the Cleveland Indians in the 1940s and the 1948 World Series, remained in satisfactory condition at Trinity Memorial Hospital in Wisconsin after a suspected heart attack. He was admitted Saturday and was undergoing tests in the coronary unit.

Report On Norwalk Memorial Home Re-Evaluation

A HEW spokesman in Chicago says a three member survey team filed a preliminary report after inspecting Norwalk Memorial Home Monday. No definitive decision yet as Medicare certification was canceled amid administrator William Slabodnick's charge of bureaucratic bungling. The team detailed a three hour visit and will proceed to Baltimore after returning to Columbus.

Suit Filed Over Boy Death Provokes Medical Claim

A $50 000 suit filed in Huron County Common Pleas Court claims former Huron osteopath Thomas A Kilmer misdiagnosed nine year old Jack Timothy Greene with a kidney infection rather than appendicitis and that delayed treatment led to his death on Sept 27 1966. Mr and Mrs Charles Greene of Huron are suing Kilmer now residing in Columbus. The boy died on arrival at Fisher Titus Memorial Hospital after illness the day before.
