In Hartford Connecticut police reported 18 year old Robert Huettl was found on a highway with his right forearm severed. He carried a Bible and told officers he cut off the hand to atone for offending God, while quotes about fighting the devil were noted. Doctors reattached the limb.

Military-led group seizes Thai government declares martial law
