Bank errors lead to $100000 money order mishap
In Parma a Central National Bank teller issued a $100000 excess on a money order to Mrs. Michael Patrick who, unaware of the amount, mailed it for a $31.17 insurance payment. The Post Office intercepted the envelope before it was sent to West American Insurance Co., Hamilton, Ohio.
