Ambulance Crash Kills Driver Amid Bus Fire in Mansfield

Frank Slanezka Dies In Butler Road Crash

Frank Nick Slanezka 28 died when his car ran off Butler Road near the Erie Huron county line and struck a tree stump then rolled over. He was thrown from the vehicle and died at a Wakeman funeral home. Survived by wife Donna Helton and two sons Danny and Duane, plus parents and several siblings. Funeral arrangements pending.
