Norwalk Man First to Violate County Diversion Program
Donald Allen a 21 year old from Erie Shores Group Home became the first offender to violate Huron County's Adult Diversion Program by unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He faced Erie County Court with Judge Arthur McGory and was fined $250 plus costs and 30 days in jail, suspended on good behavior. The incident involved taking a four wheel drive from Sandusky point to damage Hogan's Hill and flee from police.
