Snowstorm Aims To End Midwest Dry Spell

The storm lifts fire worries, but officials warn no relief is in sight for parts of Pennsylvania New Jersey and West Virginia as drought deepens. Foresters report numerous fires and the USGS notes critical water shortages from New England to California.
