Four Children Die In Ohio House Trailer Fire
In Galion Ohio four children aged eight seven five and 15 months were killed when a house trailer burned early today. Their mother and father Charles E Smith and wife escaped unharmed. Firemen found the trailer engulfed and the cause was not immediately known.

Gov. John J. Gilligan plans to sign an interim November budget to prevent a payless payday for about 50 000 state employees. He expects a permanent two year budget and tax package to pass this week, though the income tax status remains undecided.
