Two local optometrists were honored by the Ohio State Optometric Association at its 63rd annual convention in Cleveland. Dr. Dale W. Nicode of New London was installed as Governor of Zone 1, and Dr. Norman Ross of Mansfield was installed as Lt. Governor. The installations were conducted by The Honorable William Saxbe, Ohio Attorney General.
Mrs. Paul J. Daughtery of 15 S. Pleasant is installed as president of the Lake Erie Council of the International Reading Association. The dinner at the Business Women's Club Thursday also installed Mrs. Milton Dolbee of 40 Norwood as secretary.
