Lions Club fish fry raises funds for Minniear fund
North Fairfield residents and nearby families contributed 1600 dollars at a Lions Club fish fry for Bruce Minniear. Twelve year old Bruce had brain tumor surgery. 360 pounds of fish were eaten as classmates performed Roaring Twenties songs and dances under Judi Bucher. Bruce’s parents report his condition improving.

Norwalk Ponders Tax Interest on Real Estate Funds
Norwalk reports receipt of 121677 dollars in real estate tax funds for the first half of 1965.
