Suspect Waives Extradition in Grove City Insurance Agent Death

Michael Maslar 19 of Meriden Conn has waived extradition to Ohio to face murder charges in the death of Harlan Anderson 56 of Grove City. Anderson's body was found tied to a tree near Sandusky Ohio with a gag in his mouth, died of strangulation and suffocation after befriending a hitchhiker on I 80 near Lincoln Nebraska. Maslar was arrested for speeding in the victim's car and held on 100000 bond as FBI and Ohio deputies prepare to transport him.
