Norwalk Poppy Festival Weekend Highlights Norwalk High pageant

The Norwalk Poppy Festival features a queen pageant at Norwalk High School with 12 contestants, speeches, and judges interviews. Carter swept Arkansas Kentucky and Tennessee, but lost Oregon Idaho and Nevada, boosting his delegate lead as the California primary looms.
