The Ohio House defeated a bid to abolish hundreds of mayors courts and create 39 new judgeships by a 52 to 38 vote. A companion measure to ban cheap Saturday night handguns was killed 39 to 50. The chamber approved a separate bill to encourage medical graduates to practice in underserved areas.

Milan Woman Alleges Meter Man Used Mace On Dog
