Teen couple held over baby found in car tire well

In Columbus a 19-year-old William Smith and his 18-year-old wife Melinda were arrested for failing to report a death after their four-month-old baby died in April in Erie. They claimed the infant fell from a car seat during an accident and was placed in the tire well to conceal the body.
