Police released no citations after an accident Sunday afternoon at courthouse square. Lynn Mushett said truck driver James Slater struck a parked car in the 12 minute meter space near Benedict. Mrs Schlader reported her car in the second space and was not cited.
Norwalk High School honors senior Margaret Boose with Best Of Show for a clay Mother and Child sculpture. She also earned first prizes in Art 3 and 4 Sculpture and Outstanding Art 4 Display. attendance topped 880 at the annual Norwalk High School Art Show featuring around 1,000 works from Norwalk and St Paul’s students.
Army Private First Class Billy Case, 20, son of Mr and Mrs Hassel Case of New London, has been assigned to the 25th Infantry Division in Vietnam as of April 10. Case is married to Susan, who lives at 409 West Ave Elyria, and he is a 1965 graduate of New London High School.
