Norwalk council rejects Sycamore Hills sewer extension

West Norwalk voters defeat the Sycamore Hills sewer plan 4 to 3. Developer attorney Wiedemann urged extending a 12 inch line to serve 10 homes, but Councilman Cunningham and three others opposed, citing future sewer separation and a $10 million long range plan. Other business included licenses, rates, and plant operations notes.

City Plans Walkway Inspections After Street Repairs
