Kidnap murder case:suspects surrender in Virginia and Ohio

Hart suit seeks 200000 against Norwalk accountant
Hart Advertising of Norwalk filed a 200000 lawsuit in Huron Common Pleas Court against Dale Olsen of Dale Olsen and Co. alleging fraud and violations of professional standards.
