Kidnap murder case:suspects surrender in Virginia and Ohio
Michael G. Levine 35 of Lyndhurst turned himself in to the FBI and Arlington County police in Alexandria, Va., with attorney Jerry Milano. John A. File 26 of Cleveland had surrendered to Akron police. Levine allegedly shot Julius Kravitz and wife during a 1.5 million kidnapping plot. Kravitz died and his wife was hospitalized with gunshot injuries. In Columbus, state Auditor Ferguson won a recovery of 1345 against Sen. Donald E. Hart suit seeks 200000 against Norwalk accountant
Hart Advertising of Norwalk filed a 200000 lawsuit in Huron Common Pleas Court against Dale Olsen of Dale Olsen and Co. alleging fraud and violations of professional standards.
