Linwood Avenue Bridge to Undergo Thorough Inspection
Norwalk City Council authorized a $3,000 fee for the T C Biebesheimer Engineering Company of Toledo to inspect the Linwood Avenue bridge. The firm previously inspected in 1963 in three hours at no city cost and will assess footers steel beams and full structure and offer rebuilding or repair recommendations.
