Road and building renamed to honor local aviation figures
The city county airport will dedicate Jim Esker Road and name the administration building for Norwalk attorney Paul Miller. Miller, a four year Airport Authority member who helped work on the first lease and legal matters, died recently. Esker, a 1969 death, was an early Airport Authority member and survey chief who helped select the airport site and stake out the runway.

2000 Norwalk phone numbers to change in March upgrade
About 2,000 Norwalk customers will have their numbers changed at 2 a.m. Friday March 22 as part of a 1.4 million expansion by Northern Ohio Telephone Co. The project adds direct distance dialing equipment more operator positions and more long distance circuits. Customers were notified earlier and will receive new dial stickers in coming days.
