Ohio group home ruling to be appealed by state

State officials plan an appeal to the county Court of Appeals after Franklin County Common Pleas Judge Frank Reda found a state law allowing group homes in Columbus neighborhoods unconstitutional under the home rule provision of the Ohio Constitution. The ruling followed a suit by the city of Columbus and Old Beechwold residents challenging the law.

Energy tilt raises drive costs and gasoline price outlook

Washington reports that a new Energy Department gasoline tilt could lift average driving costs by about 26 dollars annually as prices rise up to 14.4 cents per gallon.
