The Ohio Highway Department approves all Issue 1 projects for Huron County including widening Old State Road to 601. About 242000 state funds and 175000 federal aid will be used. Willard Woodbine Avenue, Bellevue Monroe Street, and Plymouth traffic light projects also gain approval under the 1968 bond program.

Norwalk to expand street resurfacing plan in 1972
